The last event of the year was a mass start race at BurnFest in Northern California. Burnt Ranch Gorge is a very rugged, steep, and committing canyon on the Trinity River.
The technical rapids and long pools make for a challenging course, and the finish line ends at an explosive ledge hole.

Cali Burn Fest is always one of favorite events of the season. Big thanks to Paul Gamache for putting on such a great race and festival, and another big thanks to Sperry Top-Sider for providing prizes to the overall champions and for all of their support throughout the year. See you next season!
